Before you buy — the honest part
Before you buy, you should know this: in the UAE, internet calls (voice and video via WhatsApp, FaceTime and similar) are restricted by local regulation. Messages, photos and all normal browsing work — but voice and video calls often do not, regardless of which SIM or eSIM you use. It's the country's rules, not the technology.
