Karib sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans (digital content). Plans are one-time purchases: no subscription, no automatic renewal. The eSIM profile is delivered electronically by email and on your order page immediately after payment.
Prices are shown including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store card details.
Delivery is electronic and normally completes within minutes of payment. The data plan's validity period starts when the eSIM connects to a network at the destination (or as stated on the plan).
You are responsible for verifying that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase. A free compatibility checker is provided before checkout.
As the eSIM is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The timestamp of this consent is stored with your order.
Non-activated eSIMs remain refundable as described in the Refund Policy.
The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. Coverage and speeds depend on local network operators and are outside our control; we are not liable for outages caused by local carriers, though we will always try to help.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, to the extent permitted by law.
